Fall Creek Brass Band is Ithaca’s favorite powerhouse brass band, blending the spirit of New Orleans street music with funk, jazz, and pop. Voted Best Local Band in the 2025 Ithaca Times Readers Poll, FCBB delivers high-energy performances featuring original music, New Orleans classics, and brassy reimaginings of popular songs. A staple of the regional music scene, the band has been a crowd favorite at the Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival, Rochester International Jazz Festival, Ithaca Festival, Rochester Lilac Festival, Downtown Ithaca Summer Concert Series, Porchfest, and more. With a mighty lineup of trumpets, trombones, saxophones, drums, and a big green sousaphone, Fall Creek Brass Band always draws a crowd and keeps everyone's feet moving!
